Equipment	Furling genoa, electric windlass, security equipment, deck shower, bimini top, hot water, autopilot, radio/CD, tender and outboard, electric fridge/s, fully equipped galley. IMPORTANT: The maximum number of crew is mentioned above. No exceptions.

Gennaker	if available: 100/week
Yacht cleaning	The mandatory cleaning will be charged in cash at check in. Up to 37ft 100, 38-42ft 110, 43-50ft & Lavezzi 40 120
Skipper	before 20 June and after 20 Sep135/day + provisioning; 21 June to 19 Sep 150/day + provisioning
Security Deposit:	up to 38ft 1500, 39-42ft 1750, over 42 ft & catamaran 2000
Payments	35% of total on booking. 65% one month prior to boarding.
Cancellation fees	35% to 60 days prior to embarkation, 50%; 59 to 30 days, 65%; 29 to 8 days; within 7 days 90% of the total price.
Sailing licence	A valid sailing licence is compulsory under Spanish law.

One Way	Ibiza or Menorca 400 (plus diesel and marina fees)

Diesel	A refundable diesel deposit to the value of the yacht's full fuel tank is required on embarkation. On disembarkation this will only be refunded on production of a dated receipt verifying that the tank has been refilled before coming back to the base.
Security deposit	Payable on embarkation in cash or Visa, Mastercard
Damage/Loss Waiver	Alternative non refundable 150 for 1500, 200 for 2000, 250 for 2500 .
