Security Deposit &insurance	500 refundable plus 50 per day insurance (500 max) in the BVI. For Antigua, St Martin and Grenada 40 per day insurance (400 max), liability on dinghy &outboard is 1000 at all bases. Payable on embarkation in cash or travellers' cheques.
Included	Rigid inflatables &outboards, biminis, BBQ, CD, GPS, linens, towels, safety &galley equipment etc.
Not included	Fuel &water (refill on return), consumables. Please note snorkelling gear is NOT included

Christmas/New Year	700 supplement on selected yachts

New yacht guarantee	When available, newest model of your choice of boat can be guaranteed with a 200 non-refundable deposit
One way charters	St Vincent-Grenada 700, Express Check-Out Skipper to Carriacou for 250, Antigua-St Martin 795
Booking and Cancellations	50% deposit on booking, balance 45 days before embarkation. A full refund less a 200 administration fee is given should the reservation be cancelled in writing up to 90 days prior to the charter start date. If the charter is cancelled within 90 days of charter start date, then a full refund (less 200) is made subject to HYC reselling the charter space reserved. Subject also to NJyc terms.

Regattas	special conditions - minimum charter period of 10 days is required, the rental price will be calculated on high season just for time of regatta, only long term discounts are applicable, no special discounts, delivery costs may apply.

Dream Yacht Charter guarantee	If you have a technical failure, Dream Yacht guarantees to repair it within 4 hours of your call to the base during working hours (8 am to 5 pm). If you lose more than 4 working hours they will refund one full day. If the repair takes more than 1 day, they will provide a similar boat or refund you on a pro rata basis. In case of emergency you can rely on their hot line, at any time, 7 days a week
